Website visits and language preference

Enquiry emails
The enquiry composer creates a draft in your browser. It does not submit form contents to the website server. If you send through your email application, the message enters the email systems of the sender and recipient. Do not send passwords, identity credentials, full contracts or other confidential material in an initial enquiry.

The homepage may choose a language from the approximate location of a network address. The lookup is local to the server; visitor addresses are not sent to an external geolocation service. Location can be inaccurate. Manual choice takes priority; unknown locations default to Chinese. Geolocation data is supplied by DB-IP under its licence.
